Shipping and delivery

Thank you for shopping with lulivo. Available destinations and shipping costs are shown at checkout before you place an order.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. High demand or holidays may extend processing times.

Delivery estimate

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 7 to 15 business days, depending on the destination and carrier. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs processing, courier disruptions, weather and other events may cause delays.

Tracking

If tracking is available, we will send it in a shipping confirmation email after dispatch. Tracking updates can take time to appear. Visit our Track Your Order page for ways to check your shipment.

Address changes and delivery issues

Please check your address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact info@lulivo.co promptly; changes may not be possible once the order is dispatched. If a package is delayed or appears lost, contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.

Customs and taxes

Where applicable, import duties, customs charges and taxes are determined by local authorities and may be collected separately, unless checkout expressly states they are included.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email info@lulivo.co with your order number and clear photos so we can help under our Refund Policy.
