Want to check on an order from lulivo? Use the order status link in your order confirmation or shipping email. Once your order has shipped and a tracking number has been added, the shipping email and order status page will show the available tracking updates.

If you checked out without an account, use the order status link in your confirmation email. You may also be able to look up an order using your order confirmation number and the email address or phone number used at checkout.
